maxisys 906bt crashes evertime i try to enter programming mode on ford kuga

2010 ford kuga . I select diagnostics then programming and the maxisys crashes saying I need to reboot , any ideas tablet is 3 days old and I am already very dissapointed -

First you need to have a very good internet connections USB cable connected to your tablet and NOT Bluetooth.....Also see if there are any new software updates for system functions....... -

Hi . thank for the reply . my BT module is updated ,I tried with bt connected via cable
and with great internet and still the Same ??

Usually these are small software issues, in the future data log the problem and submit
a ticket and a fixed update comes fairly fast. Within a few days seems to be the norm.
